Welcome to Bowie!It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I write this letter of introduction to you as the new principal of Bowie Elementary. I look forward to serving the staff, students, and families alongside the community of Ennis this year. I have dedicated my career to the students of the Ennis Independent School District for the past 15 years in many different capacities and now to have the opportunity to lead a school with hardworking students, staff, and families is truly an honor.All of us at Bowie Elementary are eager and excited to begin what promises to be the best year ever! This year is going to be incredible as we continue to provide academic experiences for our students that are rigorous, relevant, and that build relationships. We strive to ensure your students are safe and are given experiences for them to feel empowered and embrace learning to be successful, life-long learners. Through Ennis ISD's Lion Pride Way, we work to build strong leadership skills and character-building traits in our daily schedule. We see our families as educational partners and appreciate the trust you’ve shown in us by sending your children here every day. We will provide opportunities to be involved at Bowie by joining PTO, attending school events, and visiting our Bowie Facebook page.
