  • Ennis ISD Operations will provide safe schools for students and staff:

    • 100% of rooms in every EISD building will have adequate lighting per industry standards
    • 100% of occupied rooms in every EISD building will be cleaned and swept daily
    • 100% of occupied rooms in every EISD building will be disinfected twice a week and as needed during flu season
    • 90% of the EISD Operations work orders will be addressed within a 2-week request
    • 100% of the EISD Operations will receive training in the department EOP
  • Ennis ISD Operations will support district efforts to ensure every child is prepared for success in college, a career, or the military:

    • 100% of Ennis ISD Operations employees will be informed of applicable testing dates and times
    • 100% of occupied rooms in every Ennis ISD building desktops will be disinfected five days a week starting October through April
    • 100% of rooms in every Ennis ISD building will have adequate lighting per industry standards
    • 100% of occupied instructional spaces will be maintained at a comfortable, functional temperature
  • Ennis ISD Operations will provide effective and efficient use of personnel, materials, resources, and facilities to meet the present and future needs of a changing enrollment:

    • 100% of new hires will be trained on the knowledge of asbestos
    • 100% of new hires will be trained to use appropriate safety materials and equipment
    • 100% of purchased materials will be competitively shopped for by district approved vendors
    • 100% of all employees will receive adequate training to successfully complete their assigned duties
    • All efforts will be made to achieve 90% or greater employee retention annually 
    • Workplace injuries will be reduced to less than 5% of total staff employed annually
    • 90% of EISD staff will respond with satisfaction on the annual staff satisfaction surveys in all areas
