Welcome to Distance Learning for Ennis ISD
This web page has been created to connect with our families and provide needed resources and tools for our EISD Distance Learning. Please note that as we continue to get guidance from The Texas Education Agency (TEA), our distance learning plan could be amended or changed. Please make sure you check this page often for updates.
At this time our main priority as a district is to ensure the health and well-being of our families in our school community. With that said, we do want to ensure that our students have access to educational opportunities to support their ongoing learning. We have been working diligently to provide learning plans and resources to help support that effort. We are asking that our students work through the daily activities to assist in continuing their education. At this time, we will not be providing grades or due dates but teachers will be happy to provide feedback if they are submitted. Please note that this could change based on further guidance from the State.
*Important* High School Dual Credit College Courses will continue as planned. They fall under the University Guidelines.
Our students will need to continue their learning journey whether through our online platform or a paper platform. To help reduce cost and preparation time, we are asking that only our students that have limited or no internet access, as well as no access to a device (Smartphone, tablet, computer), request this access. If you will need paper access, please contact your child(ren)’s teacher or campus principal to be added to the list.
