Welcome

Welcome to the 2021-2022 School Year! It is a tremendous privilege to serve as your Superintendent of Schools and I am extremely excited about all the great opportunities we have before us this year.
At Ennis ISD, our goal is to see all of our students be highly successful academically. We have high expectations for them and ourselves. But we know that students need more than an academic education to be well-rounded and fulfilled. We want to do whatever we can to unlock each child’s potential as a student and as a person, not just to prepare them for the next level in their education but also in their next level of life.
We are grateful to our parents and the community for their never-ending support. Without it, none of what we do would be possible. We are looking forward to a great year and we hope you are too.
WE ARE ENNIS!
Jay Tullos
Superintendent of Schools

As an added safety measure, EISD has a Tip Line. This tip line is posted on the front page of the EISD website, on campus websites and on the district mobile app. If a student or parent were to suspect or become aware of any students or adults in a school who are planning or acting in any unsafe manner, please report it. This includes, but is not limited to, the use or possession of drugs or weapons, and/or threats to injure or bully others. It is a fast, effective, and safe way to let us know about any unsafe situation. If they choose, tips can be submitted anonymously, without the worry of being identified as the source of the information. The Tip Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Tips will be referred to school and/or law enforcement authorities as deemed appropriate.
